This policy explains the cookies and browser storage used by the website and how visitors can manage optional tracking choices.
Current cookie and storage use
The site uses a CSRF cookie to protect forms from forged submissions. When a visitor uses features that require messages or signs into the private administration area, the site may also use a session cookie.
The consent manager stores cookie choices in localStorage under lst_cookie_consent with the consent version, timestamp, accepted categories, source of the choice, and whether Global Privacy Control was detected.
Consent categories
Strictly Necessary covers security, form protection, admin sessions, message handling, and consent storage. These are not optional because the site needs them to function safely.
Analytics, Marketing / Advertising, and Functional / Preferences are optional categories. They are off until the visitor chooses to allow them, and the Reject All button is available at the same level as Accept All.
Optional tools
The public site is designed to work without non-essential tracking. Optional analytics, advertising, heatmap, map, or preference tools should stay behind the consent manager unless the visitor allows them or the tool is strictly necessary.
Visitors can open Cookie Settings from the footer to change choices later. A consent-version update can ask visitors again when policy or tool changes are important enough to review.
Browser opt-out signals
When the browser sends Global Privacy Control, the consent manager keeps Marketing / Advertising off in that browser. Analytics and functional choices remain separate unless the visitor rejects them.
