This policy explains what List to Sell Realty collects through the website, why it is collected, and how visitors can ask privacy questions.
Information visitors choose to send
When you submit a form, the site collects the information in that form: name, email, optional phone number, message, form type, source page, the consent checkbox value, the consent text and version, and the time of submission.
The site may also record request metadata such as IP address, browser user agent, referral path, rate-limit signals, and spam-prevention results. This is used to protect the form and understand where the request came from.
Why the information is used
Form information is used to respond to real estate questions, buyer or seller consultations, home value requests, private showing requests, listing-alert requests, calculator follow-up, and general contact requests.
The team may use the source page and message to prepare a practical response. For example, a calculator question may need different follow-up than a home value request or a city-page question.
What is not collected by default
The public website does not ask for Social Security numbers, bank account details, full loan applications, tax returns, copies of identification, or transaction documents. Do not send sensitive documents through a public website form.
The website does not publish lead information, does not create a public visitor account, and does not collect calculator inputs unless you intentionally type those details into a follow-up form message.
Calculators
Calculator inputs are processed in the browser so visitors can compare planning scenarios. The team does not receive the numbers unless the visitor chooses to submit them in a contact message.
Calculator results are estimates for planning only. Property-specific figures should be reviewed with the appropriate lender, title company, tax professional, insurance professional, attorney, inspector, or other qualified advisor.
Cookies, storage, and optional tools
The site uses necessary cookies and storage for CSRF security, form protection, admin sessions, messages, and remembering privacy preferences. These tools are needed for the site to work safely.
The default public site does not require analytics, advertising pixels, social tracking, maps, captcha widgets, or heatmap tools. If optional tools such as Google Analytics 4 or Microsoft Clarity are configured later, they must load through the cookie consent manager.
See the Cookie Policy and the footer Cookie Settings button to review or change optional choices in this browser.
Privacy questions
For privacy questions or requests, contact The Lee & Debra Team at [email protected]. The team can review website lead records and respond in a reasonable way, while still keeping records that may be needed for security, brokerage operations, or legal compliance.
